Refund Policy

Credits are held when you start an edit and taken when the result is saved. If the edit fails, is rejected by the content check, or is not finished within 30 minutes, the credit goes back to your balance automatically.

The exception is an edit stopped because it breaks the Terms of Service, for example a forged document. Its credit is not returned, and the pack or plan it came from is not refunded.

Unused credits from a pack can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Email support@makeitsay.com with the email you used. Used credits are not refunded.

Cancel from the billing portal; the current period stays active and nothing renews. The current period is not refunded once credits from it have been used.
