Questions
What counts as one edit?
One image, one run, up to 20 lines changed, translated or removed. Running the same image again with different text is another edit.
Do credits expire?
Credits from packs never expire. Pro credits arrive each month and expire at the end of that month.
What if the edit fails?
If the model fails, the content check rejects the image, or the edit is not finished within 30 minutes, the credit is returned automatically.
How do I cancel Pro?
From the billing portal (the Manage subscription button after you subscribe). The current period stays paid; nothing renews after it.
Can I get a refund?
Unused pack credits can be refunded within 14 days. Email support@makeitsay.com. See the refund policy.
